I haven’t had this very long at all, but outside the return window of course! Where the wire goes into the plug is very delicate, it just detached by pulling in and out if its storage spot on the side, as it was designed!

I love this charger, it works very well. It’s very compact so i carry it with me everywhere in my side purse. Most recently my sister and I both used it at a concert where we were filming all night. Great little compact portable charger, super handy and i could fully charge my iphone 12 from 10% to 100% using this portable charger when i was traveling. Definitely part of my packing list for each and every travel. Multiple ports availibility is also a great Plus. !! 10000mAh is enough juice when fully charged.Highly recommended as it does Wireless charging as well making it attach to the back of the phone, not bulky at all.

A compact handy charger for phones. Does not stick to the mag phone case very well and needs a bit of fiddling to get it located on the back. It lasts a long time but took 2 hours to charge fully. A bit heavy to allow comfortable use of the phone when held in place.

Absolutely love this charger. Sizing is perfect (smaller and thinner than reading glasses), fits perfectly in my sling purse, two immediate options for charging, plus can add more. It’s quick to charge up to 100 percent and gives you a count down as its charge lessens. Used this when travelling (took it to Ireland) and when I’m about town using transit. It’s going with me on a ski trip soon so will be able to check the cold weather conditions but so far A++
