The phone was basically new. Unfortunately a few days after i received it stopped powering on all if a sudden. The seller refused to refund without return of the device and as it had personal information on it i couldn’t return it. Turned out to be a cheap fix ribbon cable was defective repair was still like 70$. Seller only offered a 35 refund. I don’t want to leave a bad review as ive always been satisfied with this seller but they should have a better policy in case something like this happen

I bought a bit more expensive very good refurbished phone. Received less than 24hr. But not as advertised. Correct phone model but not in Metallic Rose Gold, no charger and no SIM pin as advertised. Seller issued $12cad partial refund. Then found LED back key failing. Seller agreed full refund w/ free return but then next day offered $20 refund to keep item. I got fed up & had ebay team involved to get my full money back hassle free. I won’t do biz with this seller again.
